We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the extra bed that was put in the room, allowing our family to have more space. The hotel is in a convenient location next to the Autobahn, perfect for travelers passing through the area. The amenities provided, such as the welcome drink and room service, added to the overall comfort and quality of our stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel met the purpose. Location, a short walk to all attractions. There was private parking. A best base for exploring Remscheid.

Had an amazing Christmas at this hotel! the Christmas decorations were beautiful and made the atmosphere very festive. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. the complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch. the location was perfect, very close to the highway which made it easy to get around. the free parking was also a plus.

The internet connection was slow and unreliable. It was frustrating trying to stay connected, especially during important work calls.

A top hotel very friendly, quiet and clean rooms.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing an extra bed without us even asking. The hotel itself was in great condition and nicely furnished. The nearby walking/running/biking path was a fantastic addition, offering a scenic and level route for outdoor activities. The location near the highway and free parking were convenient for travelers.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, it is a little far from the centre.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the highway, making it easy to access. the rooms are comfortable with clean bed linen and modern bathrooms. the breakfast is good with a variety of options. Some rooms even have a big desk right in front of the big window. the free WiFi works well, and there is enough parking available at the hotel.

The staff can be rude and blunt at times, which can put a damper on the guest's experience.

Breakfast is EUR 12 - 15, parking is now EUR 5 per night and the internet has a weak signal and costs EUR 9 for 24 hours.

Bed was very comfortable .. they had booked breakfast!

The door gap to the hallway was too large, not covered! Since the light was on all night in the hallway, light fell through the crack in the door and had a negative impact on my sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at an Autobahn hotel, with 24-hour reception, just next to the motorway. It was very convenient for me to travel through the Ruhr Region and stop for the night. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the room was nice, standard-sized, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Moreover, I loved the welcome free bottle of water in the room. Lastly, the breakfast was superb with a good selection of meals to keep everything fresh.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel staff forced us to pay almost the double price for one night compared to the price in the booking. Luckily we got refunded after wards. The hotel was ok, but the staff and the service were really bad
